Jacklynn's Ebun Buru Ice Cream

This is a salted duck egg locally known to us as "Ebun Buru."

And it's turned into ice cream.

Now I've put mini m&m's on top of  it and voila!


Sorry, I've got no picture of finished product to prove it.
But I promise you, it's one of the most delicious things I've eaten here on earth!
